Free File Check

Ordering printed pieces can be a stressful, but it doesn't need to be; imageMEDIA's Free File Check removes that stress. Without placing an order or making any other commitments, an imageMEDIA employee, an actual human, will review your print files to determine if they are ready to be printed on our presses. If your artwork is press ready, we will let you know. If we detect a problem, you will receive a report that lets you know exactly how to fix it. When possible, we will let you know if we can fix the problem for you, but it is always your decision.

Getting Started With Free File Check

To begin, we start by asking for a Project Name for this free file check session. You can submit as many files as you like, so we want to make sure that you know what file we are talking about when we send you your report.

Next, we ask for the dimensions of your piece and the quantity. What we are looking for here are the unfolded dimensions. We ask for the quantity to make sure that the artwork is correct for the optimal output device for your project requirements.

We ask if the product is mailable in order to make sure that the artwork conforms to USPS regulations, and to ensure that you have made provisions for indicia or stamp.

As an actual human will be reviewing your free file check, make sure to give us any additional notes that might be important. Our goal is to remove your uncertainty and stress, so let us know all the details about your piece.
