That's right you don’t have to purchase a mailing list. We simply put the words “Postal Customer” on your cards and the Post Office will deliver to the routes that you have selected. -
No Postage Permit Required!
The normal USPS annual fee has been waived by the Post Office for those who use their new EDDM program. A $450.00 value! -
Mail made easy!
We can print, prepare the mail, ship the cards to you, and you simply drop off the mail at your local post office. You control the drop and save on the lowest postage rate. -
Increased response rates!
By increasing the size of your card you will increase your response rate! We print full color both sides with free UV gloss coating so you get noticed! A Mailing flat is at least 6.25"x11" or larger size which means you have plenty of room to get your message to your customer. This is over 3 times the size of a 4"x6" postcard and costs 9 cents less!

HOW TO GET STARTED - EDDM Made Easy!
1) Define who you want to reach:
- You can mail to an entire city, a neighborhood, or a target area that is specified distance from your business.
- Identify which Postal Service mail routes match your target area. We can do it for you or click here.
- Call our EDDM Specialist and we will help you:
- Obtain delivery routes and the number of active households per delivery route.
- Target up to five 5-digit ZIP Code locations.
- Calculate estimated postage.
- Download the Postage Statements.
- Create the support documentation for the Postage Statement.
- Download the Facing Slip (bundle identification label).
2) Decide what size postcard you would like to mail.
In order for your mail piece to qualify Every Door Direct Mail, you must choose the correct size: The below describes what sizes qualifies for the EDDM program.
Standard Mail® flats must have the following characteristics:
- Be more than 11.5" long OR 6.125" high OR .25" thick.
- NOT be more than 15" long OR 12" high OR .75" thick.
- Each piece must weigh less than 15.994 ounces.
Common sizes for EDDM:
- 9"x6.25"
- 11"x6.25"
- 8.5"x11"
- 17"x11" Bifold

Two Easy Options:

- Finally, you take the mail to your local post office! You have complete control with everything completed for you. All this for only .03 cents per piece!
2) You process the mail:
- First, we print your postcard order and ship directly to you.
- Secondly, we assist you on how to create your own Every Door Direct Mail paperwork and how to prepare your cards to take to the Post Office.
- Finally, you take your prepared mail to your local post office.
