I have been working as a graphic designer for over 10 years, and I have never had such a wonderful experience with a printing company, and their customer support, as I did this past week working with Megan and Dean -- there were some specific technical difficulties from the start because of an older Mac system that I use...as I went through the process figuring out the best way to prepare and transmit my brochure files, I made several calls to Image Media's customer support -- not only was I always greeted warmly, but regardless of my questions, technical or otherwise, I always felt I had the complete attention of either Megan or Dean, and that there was no need to rush...that they were there to help and answer my questions, or find the answer needed at the time...I really, really appreciated their professionalism, and patience -- especially at the very end when I was feeling a little bit frantic! I will definitely recommend Image Media to people I know, and I hope to work with Image Media again. Sincerely, Dara

Dear ImageMedia, I just wanted to let you know how totally pleased I was with the last job I printed with your company. I had a set of menus printed, and the first batch didn't come out quite right; there was some flaking on the fold line. When I called you, everyone that I spoke with was so kind and determined to correct the problem. You gave me a free reprint and reship, and when I got the new batch of menus, I couldn't have been happier! Everything was so perfect. This was the first time that I'd ever experienced even the slightest problem with your printing, and you were right there, ready and willing to help me get the situation fixed. Not many companies these days are so conscientious about their customer service; it's really wonderful to have a printing company that I know I can trust. To be honest, I was a bit skeptical on what the quality of the postcards were going to be. All I can say is that I am thoroughly satisfied on how may project came out. It was exactly how I imagined them to be. They were great quality, inexpensive, and showed up when promised. I will be using imageMedia again.

I didn't get the chance to tell you about our what we think of our door hangers. My order # was xxxxxx. I really like the way they turned out. I also like the thickness and protective coating.
